REST DAYat the Goat Ranch

Here at NDCF, there are no rest days. Today is *Goat Day. Pick your 3 Goats and determine a 3 set WOD that will challenge you, as well as enable you to work on goat form and technique.

*Your "Goat" is a specific CF exercise or lift that you do not excel in. Many crossfitters believe that you are only as strong as your goat.
